drunkin while boating. come on. what the hell kind of law is this? what does make me laugh is how some people around here used to say how much of a disciplinerian, how tough he was (marvin lewis). it looks like the nuts are running the nuthouse in cincinnati

well, i gotta say... while i don't believe in drining and driving, I'll have a few beers while driving a boat and wont think twice about it... It's a little different. I know boating accidents do happen, but you have to be either obliterated or a moron to run into another boat.

Ummm.... what kind of test would they have to do? I think anybody would fail walking a straight line when pulled over in a boat. How about standing on one foot?
