It was hilarious because Demps was jumping up and down all excited after he laid Shockey out, and Shockey was stumbling as he came back to the huddle. Training camp hits are just that: training camp hits. I think Matt Bowen proved that a few years ago when he laid out Trung Candidate. Now, Trung wasn't injured, but Matt Bowen (short of one game) didn't really produce much of anything other than that hit on Trung in his entire Redskins career. The thing I remember most about him is when Keyshawn torched him for one of his rare touchdowns. And Will Demps is a much different player than Matt Bowen.
