But just like with ANY ex-Skin, he's going to make a game-changing play like f-ing Pierce did the first time we played them.
Arrington happy to put Redskins in pastTheMalcolmConnection 07-28-2006, 10:51 AM But just like with ANY ex-Skin, he's going to make a game-changing play like f-ing Pierce did the first time we played them. MTK 07-28-2006, 10:52 AM I still don't blame Pierce for leaving. He gave the Skins a fair shot at re-signing him. The Giants contract was simply structured with more money up front, as we know the Dan doesn't roll like that, he likes to backload the deal. No doubt the Giants knew this and structured his deal that way. Besides, with the money we saved from Pierce, we're a lot better off. We have Marshall who did a great job at a fraction of the cost of Pierce. TheMalcolmConnection 07-28-2006, 10:52 AM On a side note, Chad Morton can suck my balls. Ever notice how ANY TIME he returns a kickoff past the 20, he gets up like he just ran it in for a TD? 724Skinsfan 07-28-2006, 10:55 AM Chad Morton still plays? I hadn't noticed. TheMalcolmConnection 07-28-2006, 10:56 AM Next time you watch a Giants game, on the kickoff return, he'll be the one dry-humping his teammates over his 10-20 yard return. gibbsisgod 07-28-2006, 10:56 AM Pierce pisses me off even more than LaVar. Pierce is constantly bad-mouthing the team after they had him one season (right?) and then because HE didn't want to be a team player, but wanted to get paid, he left for money.i know right, he shows no appriciation for a team that gave an undrafted rookie a chance and then bolts right out of town for a little bit more cash. the skins offer wasn't that much less and then he wants to talk trash about them. all the players that were let go under the old coaching staffs were to repair a organzation that was in shambles. gibbs has this team on the right track now and these guys are jealous that they are not going to be a part off it. TheMalcolmConnection 07-28-2006, 10:58 AM I would seriously love to know what LaVar's gripe is now. He's bringing up old shit. MTK 07-28-2006, 11:00 AM Let's keep in mind of course these guys are going to talk trash. It's a big division rivalry, they do what they have to do to get pumped up. I think LaVar is genuinely ticked, Pierce on the other hand talks trash for the sake of it. I don't get the feeling that he's got any bad feelings over the whole deal. As for Chad Morton... who? MTK 07-28-2006, 11:01 AM I would seriously love to know what LaVar's gripe is now. He's bringing up old shit. He's overly sensitive, always has been. He needs a babysitter or someone to hold his hand, pat him on the back every once in a while and tell him he's the greatest. When he doesn't get that he acts out and throws a fit like a child. gibbsisgod 07-28-2006, 11:08 AM He's overly sensitive, always has been.
