Here's a weird story (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060626/tc_nm/media_comcast_dc_1) courtesy of some jackass with a camera (http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20060626/tc_nm/media_comcast_dc_1), a sleeping technician and Comcast.

I find it interesting that Comcast would fire the guy knowing he was on hold waiting on them. I feel bad for the poor bastard.

Ok, Comcast thinks they're helping their customer service by firing this guy.

"We obviously do not condone what was represented in the video," the cable operator, which has over 21 million subscribers in the United States, said in a statement.

However, the tech claims he fell asleep waiting an hour on the phone for his OWN customer service. I believe him!

They're ignoring their real problems.

I'm glad I canned the cable for my dish. :)
