at espn.com under the nfl page they have a poll - "who will win the nfc east" - suprisingly the majority of the nation picked the cowboys - we need to flood this poll and make it right.

Don't worry about it. Kickoff is less than 2 months away. :)

People who don't know if they're any good live by polls. The strong ignore polls and kick butt.

This applies in all aspects of life. :oink:

I don't mind if the media and kids on websites are stacking up polls agsinst us, it'll only make them cry more when we're singing "Hail to the Redskins" on the morning after the Super Bowl.

"But, but...the ESPN poll said the Redskins were the worst team, how did they beat my team> WAHHHHHHHH...the NFL is fixed. WAHHHHHHHH. Mommy, where's my Cowboys diaperbag, I need a change!"

Well said! Could not have said it better myself! Vote if you must, but the results on the field are what counts!

Amen. It's all about what happens on the field.

We're officially 28 days away from getting our first glimpse of the Skins on the field with an opposing team. Granted, it's a preseason game (Aug. 13 vs. Cincinnatti) but it will provide a much needed fix for me, that's for sure.

Mods: how about a countdown clock to Aug. 13 ??

I say leave it as is. The fans and players themselves are putting pressure on them to win this year so,let the c'boys have all the attention and distractions maybe the skins can avoid the drama and focus on football.

The poll is gone anyways. When I went to the site earlier, they had a poll about how bad the Bengals off-season has been. I voted. :)
