Don't know if there are many (if any) baseball fans here but did anyone else watch Randy Johnson's perfect game against Atlanta (13 Ks)?
Good year to be an "old" pitcher. Johnson's perfect game. Clemens is 7-0 with a miniscule ERA and Kevin Brown is 5-0.

Well I was watching my Cardinals at the same time this was happening on a different stations ( I get the Mets/Braves Stations here), and I was pissed that I missed it.
Thats awsome however, A perfect game is somthing you dont see every day.

I think there have only been 17 in the history of baseball, consider there are more then 2400 games in a season. Even with less team and games in the past years, in over 100 years of pro baseball there has to be tens of thousands of games and only 17 perfect games. Thats just unreal. I love watching the pitcher's dugout during these types of games. No one even will look at the guy and everyone has to sit in the same seat and keep doing whatever they have been doing all night. No one wants to be the guy who jinxs it.

A friend of mine was at the game as a Braves fan but still said he was glad to see history being made. 2 hrs 14 mins and it was over. wow.
I'm not a baseball fan. Like George Carlin I think baseball "is 3 minutes of action crammed into 4 hours".
Congrats to the ole guy tho!

And poor Jason Schmidt. The Giants pitcher has one walk and 13 strikeouts and gives up just one infield hit but he does it on the same night as Johnson's perfect game!
