On the Ultimate Depth chart they have us winning the division. Salisbury even complemented our coaching staff. They have us at #3 in the NFC (at least for the playoff spots) behind Carolina and Seattle, respectively.
:food-smil So who did they have winning it last year ,I know it was'nt the Giants !:Smoker:

they still managed to beat us when it mattered.
we did trash their #1 AND #2 WRs for weeks the first time and their #1 all star RB the 2nd time though, so i guess better competition would have beat them up like the way we limped into that game too.

After breaking down the teams and ranking the Skins so high, they would have looked like complete idiots if they turned around and said they would finish behind Dallas and NY.
Thought it is odd they have the Giants ranked 8th overall and Dallas 14th overall, yet they still go with Dallas.
Dam ,you caught that too ?Like I said before who they pick last year,it was'nt New York.

I don't mean to be the barer of bad news but shit happens in this league that can turn a winning team to a stinking team.
I don't agree, I totally understand your point, but the difference between a great team and good is the fact that the great team can still move on if that key player is lost.
But I know what your saying, if we lose a big time skin it might be tough to compete in the NFC East, but my point is a team is a team, and not just one player. You really can't blame injuries for bad season. I think the skins are deep enough to do well despite injuries. Hell, look at GW has done with our D-line...

Honestly, I think we're better than BOTH Carolina and Seattle.
The Seahawks lost some key players in the off-season and we beat them once last year and nearly again in the playoffs. The Panthers never had the talent besides Steve Smith. They're a one-trick pony.
The only team that COULD possibly be ranked ahead of us in the NFC is the Giants, but I'd really have to debate that one also as we're really evenly-matched teams. (Portis/Barber, WRs, DEF depth/QBs may make the difference for both teams with Brunell having the advantage over Manning)
