In fairness, Lenny P. may be inferring that Gibbs would stay with the injured quarterback policy he used back in the 1990-91 season: If Mark Rypien got knocked out of the game, Jeff Rutledge would take over and finish the game, but Stan Humphries would start the following week if Rypien couldn't come back.

Of course, it might have helped if Lenny actually mentioned this, but Gibbs did, in fact, employ this strategy before.

They will likely go into the season Brunell, Collins, Campbell in that order. Like the Eagles did last year, however, if they need a guy to win the game in the 4th Quarter due to injury, I hope they roll with Campbell.

Lol, I didn't think the article was too bad. Granted, I don't like the writer too much but I didn't see a problem with this article....

I definately see colins finishing a game if brunell gets hurt. I would think that gibbs would put a vet in there to close a game. But if brunell was out for the season I would think that as long as it isn't in the first 4 weeks campbell would be in there,.

By my count your off Brud, this is actually reason #323 to punch Lenny P. in the mouth. Did you remember the whole pie truck incident? Thanks to Lenny P., those pies will never make it to the needy children that they were being donated to. For shame.

it seemed like a pointless article, but can't we just get over fatso already? I mean, i know its the offseason, but this is only about the 32,785th article about how the skins can't do anything right... at some point they all turn into background noise that's easily ignored.

Punched in the face? Why the hostility toward this man? It seems like people dehumanize Pasquarelli.

As far as the Pat Ramsey reference, Pasquarelli didn't word it well, but he isn't suggesting that Ramsey is still on the roster.

Filled with such gems as:

Also giving him an edge - being on the Redskins roster, something Ramsey is not.

And who can forget:

Really? Before even the first day of training camp, the depth chart has that many nuances?

This is a stone thrown into a placid lake. Lenny's trying to make waves against a team he has shown tremendous animus towards. What a jackass.

In his defense, I would have eaten those pies as well. Coconut Custard, you know.

I'm with That Guy on this one. I really just don't even care what he has to say. He could write an article tomorrow proclaiming the Skins as the greatest team in the history of football, and I still wouldn't care. He's got no credibility. To me, he's no more qualified to write an article about our team than any Joe Schmoe Cowboy, Giant, or Eagirl fan.
