I learned the hard way that you should probably wear more than one pair of socks when you are constantly changing direction and you are practicing twice a day for 3 hours at a time. The procedure was painful, but nothing compared to the pain while I had the ingrown nails. Seemed like they were constantly getting stepped on, and the pain was white hot and shot right up my spine. Hmmmmm, sounds very similar to my first marriage, except the pain hit a little lower than my spine.
