Campbell hard at work

campbell is going to be a beast. i have full faith in him.

Even Lenny P had some positive words for Campbell in his most recent article:

First-round quarterback Jason Campbell didn't take a single snap for the Washington Redskins in 2005 and, in fact, spent every game of his rookie season designated as the club's "emergency" quarterback. But the former Auburn standout is getting plenty of snaps in the offseason program this spring and starting to show pretty nice progress. Veteran Todd Collins remains the No. 2 quarterback behind Mark Brunell, but Campbell remains the long-term future at the position.

I don't know how he can learn a new offense every year; i would go insane.

its good that he's so into getting it right. he came in the week he was drafted to start learning the playbook immediately, and he was the 2nd 1st round pick to sign a contract. I think a lot of ramsey's problems stemmed from his holdout and losing out on his best chance to start... holdouts (Except RBs) can get behind quickly and basically lose an entire year of experience, besides setting a bad first impression.

they've been saying its collins since they signed him.

this is good news. I think he'll win the #2 spot probably by the beginning of the season if he keeps this up and shows something in preseason. Next year, def. time to give it to him.

its going to be fun watching campbell during the preseason games to see just how much he's developed into a nfl qb.

they are doing it right,letting him learn and watch.no reason right now to hurry anything up
