8th Best Ribs in Virginia!!!!!

Guys I just got in but wanted to boast....
Today I was awarded 8th Overall Ribs in the Virginia National Backyard Barbecue State Championship.

That means I cooked the 8th best Ribs in the State of Virginia this year 2006!!!!!

Fricking wow!!!!!

My Pulled pork made it to the finals table at #14 too.

I am whipped like a Playoff Game.
Gonna hit the locker room and rest and will post more details and picks later.

GOing for number one next year.

There were 50 teams from all over America. One third of them were Venders at the competition as well.

Most famous team I did better than was the Texas Rib Rangers that took #1 in Brisket.

I was one of only 2 rookie teams. They took nothing

SBF -- do you make your own sauce?

Sure do and that's what won this for my ribs.
This time I made a.....Baugh help me for saying this but a "Texas" BBQ Sauce I cook from scratch.

I make all types of Rubs, Mops, Merinades and Suaces.
