Smart guy with size and up side. Great special teams player. They say his strength is defending the run. If so, sounds like he might develop into a guy that could back up both FS and SS positions. That is a huge plus.
Give this guys a year and 10-15 more pounds of muscle and he will a great 6th round value pick. In the mean time he will be a great special teams player.

His play on specials will allow him to make the team--we'll see if he can develope into a legit backup at safety.
GW loves to have a lot of safeties around.

doughty=next john lynch...archuleta will be 29 this year. doughty will be there to step in when archie is over the hill :)And count all of that signing bonus as dead money against the cap...

he racked up production stats against I-AA players. the production is still there, but you gotta consider the competition wasn't always amazing.
You could have said the same thing about Randy Moss. After the men's basketball playoffs, I'm thinking there are a few gems in 1-AA footballers.
