4.6, 4.65, 4.5... carpenter (20lbs heavier) ran 4.65, manny lawson ran 4.4, jon alston ran 4.4.

vilma ran 4.6, DJ williams ran 4.55. looking for lewis

inside linebackers usually run slower though. 4.6 is average at OLB, 4.7ish is closer to average at ILB.

Im having a hard time finding Lewis' time as well

I think the Skins got good value with the McIntosh pick. They obviously had their eyes on this guy and didn't want to risk losing him.

You've gotta like he comes from Football U, going by his wonderlic he appears to be a bright guy, and did anyone really feel 100% comfortable with a Holdman/Clemons platoon??

yup gotta win 1 more with JG before he retires again. nothin better than JG bringing the skins back to greatness and retiring on top again. league has passed him by??/

o and trading away draft picks only works in videogames. you can't form a franchise around signing big contracts. Steelers drafted like 19 of 22 superbowl starters. look at the raven's draft records. ok so heath shuler can scare a lot of people away from the draft but we can't rely on FA every year.

I think JG will be around longer than we think. The fact of the matter is that coaches are coaching longer these days. Think Parcells and Joe Pa.

As long as his health holds up I wouldn't rule out him staying longer than his 5 year deal either.
