I realize that there have been a lot of mock drafts already. But, considering that the draft is tomorrow and the draft boards are finalized, I thought I'd ask what other people who they would like to see us pick tomorrow. Please try to be realistic, some people might slide, but let's not hope that A.J. Hawk slips to #53. Anyways, here's my list.

2nd round pick - Roger McIntosh, LB Miami
5th round pick - Will Blackmon, CB Boston College
6th round pick - Freddie Keiaho, LB San Diego State
6th round pick - Jarrad Page, SS UCLA
6th round pick - Matt Bernstein, FB Wisconsin
7th round pick - Jon Huston, K Ohio State
7th round pick - Me

I'd love to see us get Huston in the 7th round. Guy's got a killer leg.

I'd like us to draft charles spencer or davin joseph, but i think the skins take
mcintosh (unless richard marshall (CB) falls) with D'Qwell and fasano as a fallback... I'd prefer jon alston over mcintosh, but word is the raiders are taking him early in the second.

gostkowski is the ONLY decent kicker this year. next year a CRAZY kicker is coming out (5/6 from 50+, missed a 57) and 2 good ones.

LB: brandon johnson (5th), brian iwuh (5th), leon williams (5th, special teams only), stephen tullochs (5-6)*, anthony trucks (6-7)*, jimmy cottrell (UDFA)

CB: darrell hunter (4-5), dion byrum (5th)

OL: jahri evans (if he falls), zach strief (6th), will montgomery (6-7)*

WR: willie reid (6th), jeff webb (6th)*, Drozoun Quillen (UDFA)

TE: Owen Daniels (5th), tony scheffler (5th)*

QB: Erik Meyer (5th), Martin Ingle (6-7)*, bruce eugene (UDFA), marcus vick (UDFA - yeah i know, i think he's an arse too, but talent wise as a UDFA project he might be worth a shot)

P: plackemeier (5-6), sam koch (UDFA)*
K: gostkowski (7th)

DL: elvis dumervil (DE 5th), Kendric Golston (DT 5th), anthony montgomery (DT UDFA)

S: Reed Doughty (6th)**, nick turnbull (UDFA), chris reis (UDFA)

* = someone i'd really like to see taken.

Final Redskins Wish List:

2nd: Darryn Colledge, OT, Boise State
5th: Chris Kuper, OG, North Dakota
6th: Quinn Sypniewski, TE, Colorado
6th: Gerald Anderson, DT, Georgia
6th: Mike Kudla, DE, Ohio State
7th: Steve Weatherford, P, Illinois
7th: Jahmile Addae, S, West Virginia

I'd really like to get Fasano, but I don't think we will, even if he's there.

That Guy, you know a lot more about this stuff than I do. What's the knock on Huston?

accuracy at 40+ yards. gostskowski is better there. none of these kickers are world beaters, but a couple could find jobs. gost is the clear #1 among them though.

Ahh....thanks for the info Guy. I saw Gost in some senior all star competition or something like that in Miami on ESPN......clearly was a notch above the rest. I thought Huston has had a few good years with OSU though. Must have just seemed like he was always clutch to me when I was cheering so hard for him to miss those kicks. If he loses his accuracy over 40 though, he's not much use to NFL teams.

Kickers. Not really all that important.....but it could become relevant for us in the late rounds.

Guy, is Gost really expected to be around in round 7? I just never even considered him as an option to be around that late.
