I feel that they are about even and see the NFC taking the lead soon. I think the strongest division in football is the AFC West, followed closely by the NFC East. They should ask a few of their fans to play the line for them...they might be better. They're ALWAYS one of the most-penalized teams in the league, even way before Turner can. Norv didn't ruin the Raiders, he just didn't help them.
