hey psu,what happened to hali from penn st?a month or so ago he seemed like a sure fire first rounder,now maybe a mid to late second rounder.why did he slip so much?(maybe thatguy can answer)

Poor workouts, mainly. He's a great player, and would be a great fit for a team on the left side, but no team wants to spend their first rounder on a DE with questionable explosion.

he slipped because he didn't work out at the combine and ran a 4.8+ and lifted a low amount of reps at the pro day. the man is legit watch the video on that page, he is still pretty raw too he did play DT at PSU until his jr. year

halil is also a bit short, which shouldn't be all that big a deal (since he's got decent bulk), but for some people it is.
