Yeah, but comparing Ahmad Brooks to a guy that had sex with underage girls, held up someone at gunpoint and deliberately tried to inflict injury to opposing players might be a little harsh, don't you think?

We don't even know the extent of Brooks' "issues" but he hasn't been criminally charged with anything.

Agreed, I'm not likening him to a criminal. In fact, I have a bigger issue with the character/work ethic/maturity/discipline concerns because those are actually football related. I only mention the others to illustrate the point that to get to the level where a coach is willing to kick you off the team you get to a whole different level of problem players than those who simply have "issues" or "concerns". Of course, it's all conjecture at this point. He could turn out to be great, he could be a bust......either way, I don't like taking chances on guys that can't even cut it on their college team without drawing the ire of the coaches.

Has their ever been a good pick from the supplemental draft? The last two I remember are Manny Wright the Tackle from USC who cried at training camp last year and Tony Hollings the RB from GT that was so good that the next time the Texans had a 2nd round pick they drafted Vernand Morencey.
