This is getting really old. :madani: :insane: :bdh: At least it starting to sound like the prosecution is back peddling a little bit.

Let’s take it as good news, when the prosecutor says its postponed for Passover, which isn’t till the 12th, there must be something up that they don’t want to mention. Maybe the prosecution asked for the postponement this time cause ST’s lawyers hit him w/some new info from their witnesses.
IF nothing else it increases the chances for a deal or the charges being dropped.

Oh geez.. this is crazy. Like nobody realized these holidays when the case was originally scheduled? I think the prosecutor is trying to delay to come up with something else because he knows he doesn't stand a chance the way he is sitting right now.

It's like they keep pushing Christmas back a week as soon as we close.

Its only a week so its not that big of a deal. I just want to see it go to trial so we know what the deal will be. I do have a question. If Taylor is convicted ( god for bid) what will happen to his cap numbers?

If Taylor is convicted ?

Big IF!

Most of us have looked at the merits of the case, and even in our suspect minds, and alzheimer aflicted fogginess, it appears it's the Prosecutions case to lose.

or how about time-delayed fogginess? how long has it been since this actually happened?

Conversation with my friend:

Casey says: Dude, they just pushed back the trial for a week, prosecuter "forgot" the holiday's during the week..
DAVID says:
Yeah.... just bought more time to look over the other arrests of the victims and consider dropping the case or a plea......
Casey says:
They did already offer a plea of probation to a felony... ST wouldn't take it...
DAVID says:
I wouldn't either......
Casey says:
.. well, his attorney wouldn't take it, no since in having a felony on your record for such a weak ass case..
DAVID says:
plus felony conviction with a firearm..... in FLA.....3 strikes is life
DAVID says:
it's either misdemeanor plea or take it to trial and go self defense...
Casey says:
makes sense to me..
DAVID says:
if he was protecting his sh!t against known sh!t stealers.... the jury won't convict.... waiving a gun happens every day in Miami, even in traffic.....it's no surprise to a Miami jury
... and I'm sure you know... you spent plenty of time there...
DAVID says:
sad thing is that it's true. I've had someone waive a gun driving on hwy 826 during rush hour!
