Brock Forsey cost me $500.00 bucks with a meaningless touchdown at the end of the Humanitarian Bowl vs Iowa St.

Cut his a$$!

Also that Canadian RB Lumsden should be a good ST guy and a back up FB. He isn't an NFL back, but he is a football player.

Yup. So far he's 5/5 on PATs and 2/2 on FGs. Long of 32

Well we obviously need a kicker with some strength, so hopefully he pushes Hall. I think if he was to beat out Hall we would get a little bit of Cap relief also even though i don't think were in bad shape as of this moment.

i would take farris over jams thrash any day.faster and almost as good on special teams
He isn't faster and Thrash has been a special teams leader two years now. Plus he is a better receiver. Farris is no better than a 5th WR in the NFL while Thrash at worst is a four.

He's a WR. And I'm thinking the same thing you are. There isn't room for him here. The guy I'm really keeping an eye on is K Tyler Jones. He could knock Hall out if he does well this summer

That wouldn't suprise me a bit. Hall has trouble with kickoffs reaching the 15-20 yard line. Plus, his accuracy just isn't what it was when he came out of NY.

Yeah, I don't get the love affair some people have over Jimmy Farris.

He's training camp fodder folks. The only reason he saw action last season was that the team was practically roaming the streets of D.C. for wideouts. If he makes it as a 5th wide receiver for any team this season I'll be shocked. And remember, Cliff Russell was fast too.

We all know that we usually have the same guys come back and try to desperately make this team. Anyone think that some of them may have a chance this year. A few to mention; Rufus Brown/ CB, Jonathan Combs/ RB, Brock Forsey/ RB, Ron Warner/ DE (CFL at this moment in time), Jimmy Farris/ WR and there are several more. I would be delighted to hear some inputs on this.

I thought Ron Warner was a good defensive end for rotation purposes.

Another guy who was a training camp mainstay was WR Derrius Thompson. He's one of the rare guys truly came out of nowhere and made a brief splash as a starter -- then got signed up by the Dolphins. Wonder if he's still there?

people love the fodder cause a couple of them are going to look good playing against other teams' crap players... some people can't compare performance vs level of competition well, so those people end up holding way too high of an opinion of these crap players.

farris got on the field last year in real games and proceded to do NOTHING.

Yeah, I would take Thrash over HIM anyway because Thrash is still WAY better on special teams than Farris.

DT is still in Miami, he hasn't done jack since his "breakout" year with us in 2002. I remember people being a bit bent out of shape that we let him go too. Kinda strange that he just fell off the map, he seemed to be developing quite nicely. His stat line for 2002 was 53 catches, 773 yards and 4 scores.

I asked Huddle to use some of his super magic secret stats to demonstrate how wrong you are in this assertion.
