It was mentioned on Full Court Press Sat night that the guys that tried to jack ST's ATV have tried to do the same thing a few times since and it has not really been reported. I doubt ST will do any time but having this issue hanging out there is a distraction for ST and the team.

Knowing how the legal system in Miami works, I expect this case to be thrown out. Even if it does go through he will never be found guilty on any of the charges.

I would say that's like the pot calling the kettle black...but you'd probably take that in a totally different way
