We need to lock ST in for the length of his career. Some may not agree but I like the fact that he has a "Dirty Player" persona.

Now, I dont agree with him spitting in someones face but players now know that you dont f*ck with "the reaper".

I want players to FEAR going to his side of the field. Every month that we dont hear about him in new legal problems is good for the Skins

Who besides me is happy to hear that Sean Taylor has shown up for voluntary workouts. This lets me know that he is serious about bringing the ruckus again for the 2006-07 season. Along side Adam Arch, we should make JACKED UP!!! every week.

***We dont know the status about the case but it is still good to see him here so far.

Guaranteed, a lot of players were closely watching that development. It's big stuff to have ST report (especially with his legal probs pending). HUGE for the team unity!!!!!!!!! Gonna be a great year!!!!!!!!!

I like the fact that receivers and running backs fear him (which makes them timid), but being dirty and being intimidating are 2 different things in my book. I don't respect dirty players and there may be an argument that it helps the team, but that's not the kind of help that I would want.

The best example of being dirty was Romanowski, who also was accused of spitting. He may have been feared, but I think his behavior helped cause the downfall of the raiders. If I remember it right, his last known incident got him sued after he broke his own teammate's eye socket in a fight during practice. This is what dirty players do. Would you trust a teammate like that ?

I am hoping and expecting Sean Taylor to become the intimidator and not the "dirty player".

I agree that ST needs his contract re-done, and we need to lock him up long term

Sorry, I think Miami DA already has dibs on that...

I guess I'm the only one who is still pissed at Loogie McFourWheeler for his repeated f*ck-ups - both on and off the field. What a gangsta punk!

Oh wait a minute - I'm sorry. He showed up for workouts this year instead of telling Gibbs to eat a fatty. He's obviously turned his life around. No doubt.

Anyone want to take a bet that he screws up again this year?? Can he really help himself??!

He can't help it, he was a product of his environment - his dad's a cop. Seriously though, I personally think he's been one of the best draft picks in gibbs' second coming - probably him and Cooley are neck and neck.

Good point about Taylor and Cooley being the best draft picks. I just wish Taylor would stop doing stupid stuff off (and sometimes on) the field.

I agree. I hope that all of these things that has happened the past couple of years will hasten his maturity.

AJFC, you are not alone. It's going to take more than this for me to be convinced that he's matured from the 14-year-old of last year to a 23-year-old professional this year. He's on the right track, but my memory isn't as short as some others'.

who is taylors agent?

a baseball agent did his contract, and that's why its so oddly incentive laden. He fired drew, hired the basseball guy, did the contract, and then the baseball guy become a GM or something, and he re-hired drew.

I think DREW R wants the new contract more than ST, cause until ST gets a new one, Drew doesn't get paid.
