NFL | C. Poston sues NFLPA

The Associated Press reports agent Carl Poston has sued the NFLPA (http://www.kffl.com/link/194) and is challenging the two-year suspension he was given for the handling of free agent LB LaVar Arrington (http://www.kffl.com/player/1917/nfl)'s (Redskins) contract extension in 2003 with the Washington Redskins (http://www.kffl.com/team/37/nfl). The lawsuit was filed Monday, March 20, in U.S. District Court in Manhattan. The lawsuit claims the disciplinary action was not handled as mandated by the union's rules and was filed beyond the one-year limit set by those rules. Poston argues that either he or his lawyer should have been allowed to appear before the disciplinary committee to contest the accusations and an independent arbitrator should have handled the dispute.
figured these were very redksin related. LA won't be back in dallas for sure now.
