I don't know why the Niners want him so bad. He definitely doesn't fit as an OLB and he's not good enough to play outside of a 4-3, IMO. If he gets a better offer from them, let him leave. The Skins don't need to break the bank for a backup.

Wynn probably will play some DT on 3rd downs replacing Salave'a, but I doubt he'll play all 3 downs at DT.
