Taylor's additude changed last year only after his arrest and the need to change his image arose. If he gets off these charges I'd be willing to bet he will hold out this year.

I mean, his choice off agent says it all. In his defense, his contract was a little low for where he was drafted.............but he did sign it.

I don't think he will hold out. I think he will work his ass off this go around to set up a 07 raise!

I don't think the team would mind renegotiating Taylor's contract. When he signed that contract he had yet to play a single down in the NFL...he was still an unproven player. They are bringing in Arch with some experience under his belt and we all know what he can do at the NFL level. I'm sure Snyder would be willing to renegotiate Taylor's contract because we've seen the type of player he is.

Rookie safties can't excpect to make that muck out the gate...

Don't ever compare Taylor to Archuletta again.

Yah, Archuletta isn't nearly the meathead that Taylor is.

We have to see what happens to ST in court first. Then, we can woory about his on-the-field performance and his contract. Hopefully, he is a little more mature this year than last year.

Archuleta his a good player my question is don't you agree you overpay him I mean making him the highest paid safety in the league is a bit much. That's the only thing for me he isn't even close to Reed, Roy, Taylor, Dawkins, Brown, Polamalu, Wilson, Sanders league this will hurth future contracts.

With the salary cap increasing year by year, you will see safeties getting richer contracts, remember this years cap has increased drastically. You will see more teams follow suit. I dont think teams are realizing the amount of cap space they are now being alotted.

he is close to a lot of them. he's like a roy/polamalu/sanders big hitter type. We'll see how he does this year. he does average 3 sacks and a bunch of tackles a year... i think his salary is too high for what he's done, but there's no real recourse there.
