2 hires, 2 promotions, and 2 expanded roles in one day. Not very interesting, but the scope and speed of the coaching changes is a bit odd.

not that i'm aware of, but i don't really keep up with the bucs' FO or staffing situations.

If you read the description, this is a forum for football talk in general. I like to know what other teams are doing. If not, we're just as ignorant as the people we bash for not understanding our team.

probably does self scouting (to avoid beign predictable and finding weaknesses) and statistical breakdowns (I form play-action passes works against 4-3s in an eight man run blitz 79% of the time).

If they've been around a while they could also act as consultants (let's try this, we should play this guy) and monitor drills for technique issues.
