I like this one so i vote for the other one to be deleted BigSKINBauer 03-15-2006, 07:52 PM DAMN, combined it before i could finish the post. Williams is to be paid a $1 million bonus if he is on the staff and doesn't fill our head coaching vacancy, which makes him extremely likely to be the next coach. But there are no guarantees. I'm sure that, unless we wished a multi-million dollar fine, we'd conduct an interview process that included appropriate representation from divergent minority groups. Then we'd hire Williams. Actually, if Gibbs was to retire tomorrow, Williams would be named the interim coach, which would allow us to avoid any interviews until after this season. At that time, we would know if it was worth us paying him the bonus to not be the head coach. BrudLee 03-15-2006, 07:56 PM DAMN, combined it before i could finish the post.
