Chargers | Team invites Jamison to San Diego

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/156), reports Fresno State WR Jermaine Jamison (http://www.kffl.com/player/14218/nfl) has been invited by the San Diego Chargers (http://www.kffl.com/team/31/nfl) to San Diego on April 11-12 when they bring in additional draft prospects.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/156), reports Fresno State WR Jermaine Jamison (http://www.kffl.com/player/14218/nfl) measured a height of 6-2 1/2 and a weight of 202 pounds at his Pro Day. He ran the 40-yard dash with times of 4.44 seconds and 4.55 seconds. While he was not invited to the NFL Combine (http://www.kffl.com/link/183), he was likely the biggest surprise there.

Gil Brandt, of NFL.com (http://www.kffl.com/link/156), reports Cal-Poly DL Chris Gocong (http://www.kffl.com/player/13603/nfl) stood on his performance at the NFL Combine (http://www.kffl.com/link/183). He had a vertical jump of 42 inches and a long jump of 10 feet. Four different teams will send defensive coordinators to work him out next month in an effort to see if he can switch from defensive lineman to linebacker.
cocong was superfast at the combine and really stood out in drills too. Jamison wasn't invited to the combine, but a guy that's 6'2.5" and runs a 4.4 always raises some interest.
