So how does it work? I think they sit around Laverneus Coles' flatscreen with Madden on. Danny gets to go first and he leans over to Gibbs. Gibbs gives the goofy chuckle and then they call the agent. Meanwhile, G-Dub and Saunders are playing for the chance to pick the next player.
