Union chief Gene Upshaw said he believes that the agents in the high-profile disputes involving Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens, Washington Redskins linebacker LaVar Arrington and Cleveland Browns wide receiver Dennis Northcutt made mistakes. Upshaw said he expects some or all of those cases to be examined closely by the union's agent disciplinary committee and sanctions possibly imposed. The players need to look long and hard at their agents and if the agent is screwing them out of millions because of stupid mistakes (missing a deadline/not reading the contract before signing it) then the player needs to fire their ass and suit their asses off till they start paying attention or don't have any players coming their way. I sure hope we get everything worked out with Lavar though. We don't need any distractions going into the new season and we sure don't want to lose Lavar over this!!! It is not a coincidince that a football fan today knows what the Roeshauses and Postons look like, AND that all of this contract bullshit is going down.
