Man everyone loved this album..a classic and it was one of the biggest albums during that time period. I don’t care If you were punk, hippie, into hip hop...everyone had the weezer debut. I went to see the deftones in dc 95/96 and chino announced he was going to see weezer play New York the next day... then they played a slow, heavy version of the sweater song. Everyone had this album.

That whole cd is a classic, been a Weezer fan since I heard Say It Ain't So almost 20 years ago. Even their lesser-known songs from that album are fantastic, Only In Dreams and In The Garage in particular I really enjoy.

Yup, ...the album sounded good in the car too. Production gave the guitars a lil umpf, nice range coming thru vehicle sound system.
