Matty' can we get another poll going? If anyone cared to watch SB XL pregame coverage may have caught Condoleeza Rice enthusiastically talking football with an ESPN analyst at Ford Field. I was impressed with her knowledge of the game and almost passed out when she said she would love to be in Tagliabue's shoes!? Who wants to see a woma.. I mean scanda, I mean, Condoleeza Rice running the show?

he spent years as a lawyer working for the NFL. I assume he knows everything about everything concerning the legal ramifications specific to the league because of it.

This isn't new news (can I say that?). She mentioned she wants to be NFL commissioner at least two years ago.

As far as her being an outsider, you can be sure she's following things like the CBA, FA...those sort of things.

I thought she was a presidental candidate. Bush proved that you don't need to know anything to be president. Maybe she figured, she doesn't need to know anything to be NFL commissioner.
