Snyder recently made a statement about Monk not going to the Hall. Basically he said the voters are idiots and they were infuriated. I like Snyder personally but I know monk and grimm won't ever get in until we win the bowl.

It's not all about Snyder.

DC is not liked by others around the country. Pick and choose:

-- too much government
-- transient population; no core identity
-- too much crime
-- crackhead mayor
-- self-important

As for the Redskins, in this PC age, it's not cool to like anything that some ethnic group considers offensive.

So no one is predisposed to like anything from Washington . . . then add an upstart businessman who hasn't 'paid his nfl dues' like the old-timers . . . jealousy over the first Gibbs era and pleasure other teams took in watching our downfall in the 90s . . .
