draft, free agency, cuts, anything. talk about it here.

my personal offseason needs are as follows in order of need
1.Resigning core players
2.O-line depth
3.Another good WR(veteran and maybe a late round pick)
4.Another good young corner(Springs and Harris are old)
5.Passing Rushing end
6.Tight End

Not sure how to address each need, but thats not for me to decide. Love our coaching changes too btw.

or WR can't be gotten in a late round, the chances of them having any impact (especially this year) goes to zero.

I'd get koren robinson (MIN WR/KR/PR) if K curtis wasn't available and kampman (GB DE) in FA as well as a 4th string WR that's free (R caldwell being my favorite of the no names). OL you have 2 bucs up and it'd be great to grab one as a backup, but probably too expensive.

If moss (WR the U) is available in the draft i'd take him for sure, i'd also look at byrd (USC TE) (both might not make it to the 2nd though) and some of the DTs that might be available in the 3rd (including tapp to bulk up and play DT... he's a safe pick but is going to take time to switch and learn the NFL). If the skins can trade up or get a 3rd for ramsey i'd use that on the fastest biggest corner i could find. Then spend the rest on picks likely to make the team (backup LB, OL potential, another CB/S, possibly a K/P).

royal and rock are cheap to resign, koz, bowen, harris, noble are gone... trade ramsey for a 3rd or 4th. sign clark...

i meant get a wr in the late round to be the 4th or 5th guy with a veteran at 2

I also think we should sign Koren Robinson. He really seems like he has turned over a new leaf and has gotten rid of all the distractions he surrounded himself with his first few years in the league. If we could get him I think that would pretty much sure up the wr position. With the second round pick I really want us to pick up one of the top guards because one of them should fall to us. Davin Joseph and Charles Spencer would both be ideal because both are dominant run blockers at guard, but at the same time both played OT this past year and could be used at tackle if either Samuels or Jansen go down. Assuming we get a 3rd for ramsey, I think we should use that pick to add some solid depth at either dt or de and then use our other 3rd rounder for a big fast nickle db. As far as the later rounds are concerned I dont really care what we pick up, just hoping that Gibbs can find another diamond in the rough like he has done throughout his career.

Everybody is saying to sign this guy, but he has one stand out year and you want to throw the check book at him. 1st, he isn't going to be cheap, he had a big year and will get a big contract. 2nd, we are not going to have that kind of money to throw at him. We have 2nd and 3rd round picks where we could get a productive WR. and if Ramsey is traded, we will get either a draft pick or a player(DE,WR) The money we have should be used to sign quality backup depth at the oline and dline. I think Al Saunders is going to open up our game where our current receivers will be bigger contributers than this past year. Patten has been a productive receiver his entire career, and everyone turns their back on the guy after one year (remember Brunell?). Maybe we do sign a FA WR, but not a top guy, maybe a veteran who is a Gibbs guy. Cooley is going to be a HUGE factor in this offense next year. and KC never really had top notch WR past the #1 spot. Everyone wants us to go out and get Wayne, randel el, robinson, all these top receivers which I just don think would be wise. We have other needs that just a receiver. I know the receiver is a VERY BIG need, but we could address that in the draft or a mid level FA.

I respectively disagree. I think the Redskins needs are as follows:

1) Resign key players
2) WR
3) Pass rushing DE
4) Offensive line depth
5) Secondary depth

The only problem with rookie WR's is they rarely are able to contribute at a high level right away, that may be especially a problem in a system that's as sophisticated as Saunders'. From the sound of how extensive of a system he runs, there might be a bigger than normal learning curve there.

I think we need to look at guys that can step in and play at a high level right away. Patten just might be able to claim the #2 spot, but we definitely need some capable competition there, and not scrubs like Jacobs.

robinson's year wasn't that big and he still has a lot of questions, so he will be cheap. He said he wants to be here, he has friends on the team here who are top character guys and he's had a kid, so I think its worth the risk of the contract. He's not going to get #1 money though and may nto even get #2 money.
