Great breakdown, but the arguments (which I thought were excellent) got a bit lost in the poor writing.

Frankly, I just don't understand not voting Monk in. I know I'm preaching to the choir, but there is simply no valid argument for not voting him in, and that really baffles me.

monk not getting voted in really makes the whole voting process look like a joke.
