Hey guys, I just did the weekly interview with Tony McGee and he asked if we could do him a favor. Obviously his show is almost over for the year as the Skins season is starting to wind down. After the season he has to go back and negotiate for next seasons show, and he said he was a little worried that enough people werent saying positive things about the show, its not that they dont like the show, but just dont take the time to write in.

So Tony was wondering if we at the warpath could take the time to send some emails and/or letters to the Comcast Program director, just saying how we like the show and how its fun to have during the football season. In addition, if you would like to leave a thank you to Tony in this thread, its somthing we will show to him and send to the program director as well. He's been great to work with and we defintley want to make sure things work out for him.

If you want to send a letter....

Program Director at Comcast Sportsnet
Lisa Pendleton
7700 Wisconsion Ave Suite 200
Bethesda, MD 20814

or E-mail her @ lpendleton@comcastsportsnet.com

Thanks a-lot for any help guys. Tony said to try to "flood" her with emails. As Redskins fans, we should be great with that LOL. Thanks again.

Hey guys. I'm sure Joe Crisp and Gmanc would agree with me that Tony's been absolutely great to work with this season. And we're going to add more to the partnership next year. This season was just a chance to get things started and work out all the kinks.

So, in addition to emailing the program director, please use this thread to post your thanks for what Tony has added to our site. I'll then email the comments to Tony once we get a whole bunch of them. And also if any of you have started watching the show as a result of his chats with us I know he'd love to hear that.

I just sent off an email, and I hope others do the same.

As a smaller (read: non-official) fan site, we've been blessed to have Tony working with us, answering questions, and getting our name out every week. Matty and I were discussing the site's incredible growth the past few months, and I'm sure Tony has been a big part of that.

Tony, if you're reading this, thanks for providing our members with the opportunity to learn insight from one of the game's greats.

Just wanted to write in as a huge fan of Tony's show to plead for a renewal next year. I tune into see Tony every week on comcast through Directv. Being located outside of the area he's one of the connections back to D.C. and watching his show is part of our weekly routine during the Redskins' season. His perspective as a former player as well as the guests he brings in every week give a unique angle. It's a great show
Bring Back Tony!!!

Tony has been a much welcomed addition to the site and we have definitely seen a significant increase in the amount of traffic we receive as a result.

Tony's weekly insight is one of the most anticipated features of the site and we at The Warpath greatly appreciate Tony's involvement and his willingness to reach out to the loyal fans here.
