I don't know if it's true, but the extension made it seem like that was the intention.

I honestly wouldnt be shocked if Gibbs handed the reigns over to Williams following next season.

If the Skins win the Super Bowl prior to Gibbs' last season on his contract, then it's a possiblity. Otherwise, I see Gibbs fullfilling his contract.
