AlbanyMonk 01-07-2006, 07:51 AM Guys...I don't think that I can take this. I'm going to be burned out by kickoff. I woke up at 6:00 and spent the next hour going over the scenarios. We obviously can take these guys. Hell we already have, save for the horrible call by the refs. We've already beaten the Seahawks, Giants, and Bears. We're arguably he hottest team going into the playoffs and we have Gibbs at the helm.
I've already got the '91 SuperBowl VHS ready to go, just about every 'Skins article of clothing that I own is on and I think that my girlfriend is slowly going insane considering I've had "Hail to the Redskins" on repeat since 7:00.
This is going to be a great day fellas'.
Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go dry heave until 4:30.
Hogroll 01-07-2006, 08:04 AM I really wish there was a 1:00 game on today... would make the day go by sooo much quicker.... what time are the pre-game shows coming on? I think I've reached the end of the Internet...
BrudLee 01-07-2006, 08:21 AM ESPN has gameday at 11 am.
Be thankful you are in Redskins area. I get Fox5 from DC, and Comcast SportsNet, but at least you get a little Redskins flavor in your newscast.
BrudLee 01-07-2006, 08:21 AM Morning everybody! Anybody need a cup of coffee? I just put on a fresh pot...
Irish one up for me - my wife's out of town!
Game Day in Latvia
Well, here in Riga, Latvia we're 7 hours ahead of East Coast time, so the game doesn't start until 11:30 pm. So, naturally, I'll be up all night.
We did have a fun Redskins moment today. We went for a drive in the icy mid-day gloom and pulled into McDonald's for a treat, where we promptly got stuck in line at the drive through. So, my wife and I spent the time teaching our two kids to sing "Hail to the Redskins." We must have sang that song a dozen times. And, while we were singing, I was sitting there thinking we are probably the only people in this whole city who know that song. Yet, it was so cool to have such a neat 'Skins moment so far from home.
You know, I have a feeling we're going to go on a roll tonight...
:httr:
Sammy Baugh Fan 01-07-2006, 08:46 AM Spread the REDSKINS love around the world man!
Teach them kids right too.
Hail to the Redskins!

Yeah... actually, I'm wishing I had some tomato juice to go with this vodka!

Dude! I just had to Google Earth you... man, you are pretty way out there, huh? Looks like a pretty cool city though.

Yep, we're pretty far away from everything. Except the snow. It is a beautiful city, though. Especially when it's decorated for Christmas. Still, it'll be even prettier tomorrow after the 'Skins beat the Bucs!
Bushead 01-07-2006, 08:57 AM This is my first playoff experience ever! I mean, I don't know what to say. For the past four years at my Highschool (Patrick Henry in Ashland), I have talked trash and each year I said the redskins would win the superbowl. Since I'm a senior this year, this is my last chance to get back at all those fans who mock my commitment!
I'm trying to bring the 2 Legit 2 quit club to School in commemoration of Clinton Portis.
:)

Do you mean that the other way around, or do you have the swingingest breakfasts ever?
