I'm saying she was classless for punching the other person. She should have called an usher or a security guard and had the beer-thrower removed from the stadium.

Give me a break. The ushers in Philly are almost as bad as the fans. Good for the lady for giving to the clown who threw something.

Interesting that the fan who threw the beer was a woman, not a man. Way to go, Mama Jerome! There are situations when one should fight fire with fire. Was about time somebody took it to the rowdy bastards up in Philly. They clearly are the American equivalent of British soccer hooligans. That fan deserved what they got.

Actually I think its pretty sad that people like you have an initial reaction of concaving someone's face instead of handling the mess in a manner that lets you take the high road instead of sinking lower than the beer throwing 12th man idiot. I know its not easy or popular especially when surrounded by other 12th man idiots but your method does nothing to help the sitauation and ruins the game for everyone sitting around you but that would require you to have what is called common courtesy.

Its too bad there are jerks like you walking around but hey, to each his own.

:laughing2

Oh man, this is just too funny. People like you are what's wrong with society. Pathetic little sheep with no backbone always trying to take, in your estimation, the "higher road." No wonder the crime rate is sky high - nobody knows how to defend themself.

Yeah, brilliant idea. Call an usher, who having not actually seen the incident will tell you there's nothing he can do.

Geez man, grow a pair.

You're welcome, kid.

Oh, I get it. You saw on my profile that my age is listed at 22. You must be older than 22, and therefore far wiser, more mature and civil than I am, which of course invalidates my opinion on anything.

Of course it'd be impossible to put any ol' age into the date of birth field on the profile. Because we know that nobody on the internet makes stuff up.

Exactly!

The REAL argument should be about why she just used her fist and not a bat, brass knuckles or a golf club.

I hope this wasn't point towards me. No need to get personal.

I was about six rows up and my only regret is that I couldn't get close enough to help Momma Portis out. I had one chick in the same area as Momma Porter literally cuss me out....with 36 seconds left in the game. If my wife had attended that would have been a short tongue lashing and a LLOONNGG ass whuppin'. I hate the fans of Philly. I loved rubbing it in their face after the game.
